New leadership with future ambitions

ALM Investments took a stake in Hotell Fast SSE AB in 2021, resulting in new owners and leadership, with a vision to create a new and ambitious hotel company that challenges the status quo. Hotell Fast SSE AB further consolidated its position with a listing on Nasdaq First North in May 2022. This provides strategic opportunities to raise venture capital through public offerings and increases the scope for us to grow through non-cash issues. We look forward to expanding and tapping into more segments of the hotel and real estate industry, including real estate investment, hotel management services, information technology and digitalisation.
